【摘要】 目的：探讨薏苡仁酯（ｃｏｉｘｅｎｏｌｉｄｅ， ＣＸＬ）对顺铂（ＤＤＰ）抑制人鼻咽癌细胞ＣＮＥ－２Ｚ增殖的影响。方法：采用微量细胞克隆形成法检测ＣＮＥ－２Ｚ对药物的敏感性。结果：ＤＤＰ呈剂量依赖性抑制ＣＮＥ－２Ｚ的增殖，ＩＤ５０为１０－ ５．５４８ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ。加入ＣＸＬ１０－ ７和１０－ ６ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ均可使ＤＤＰ的量效曲线左移，ＩＤ５０ 降至１０－ ５．６８６ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ和１０－ ５．８７４ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ。ＣＸＬ还能使ＤＤＰ的时效曲线左移，缩短该药的作用时间。未发现ＣＸＬ能增强ＤＤＰ的骨髓毒性作用。结论：ＣＸＬ对ＤＤＰ抑制细胞具有选择性的增效作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To consider the influence of coixenolide (CXL) on antitumour effect of cisplation (DDP) in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cell line CNE 2Z.Method:Microcolony formation assay was used in testing sensitivity of CNE 2Z to DDP.Results:DDP dose dependently inhibited the proliferation of CNE 2Z with ID 50 value of 10 -5.548 ±10 -6.326 mol/L.Addition of CXL (10 -7 and 10 -6 mol/L)shifted the DDP dose effect curve to the left and brought ID 50 down to 10 -5.686 ±10 -6.434 mol/L and 10 -5.874 ±10 -6.686 mol/L respectively.CXL also produced a displacement to the left of the DDP time response curve,which made the action time of DDP be shortened.CXL did not potentiate the DDP cytotoxity to CFU GM in normal bone marrow of mouse.Conclusion:CXL selectively enhances the inhibition of CNE 2Z proliferation by DDP.更多还原
