油页岩流化床燃烧的基础研究──“油页岩循环流化床锅炉的设计与运行”一文的商榷
Basic Study of Oil Shale Fluidized Bed Combustion
【摘要】 报道了桦甸油页岩流化床燃烧基础研究的主要结果,就桦甸油页岩颗粒特性、特征流化速度、气态和固态可燃物放热分额等内容同“油页岩循环流化床锅炉的设计与运行”一文进行商榷,给出了作者的试验结果和理论计算结果。就油页岩流化床燃烧究竟是采用鼓泡流化床还是采用循环流化床进行了探讨。本文还首次报道了抚顺32MW油页岩流化床锅炉运行的一些结果。
【Abstract】 This paper presents main results from basic study of Huadian oil shale fluidized bed combustion, and discusses particle characteristics, fluidizing velocity and heating value percent of gaseous and solid combustibles by referring t0 the paper titled Design and Operation of Oil Shale Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler. The experimental results and theoretical calculation results are given. The author also studies the selection of BFB or CFB for oil shale fluidized bed combustion. The paper also gives some results of operation of a 32MW oil shale fluidized bed boiler in Fushun area.
