混烧冶金煤气锅炉热力计算的问题
Some Problems About the Thermal Calculation of Boiler That Burn mixed fuels
【摘要】 我国1997年粗钢产量超亿吨,居世界第一,但吨钢综合能耗比发达国家平均高20~40%。为抓好降耗节能就要高效地利用高炉、焦炉、转炉煤气,特别是在锅炉中混烧,热力计算有若干特点。该文结合宝山钢铁公司能源部工业锅炉的热力计算加以说明。
【Abstract】 In 1997, the Output of Crude steel in our country exceeded a hundred million tons, the biggest of the whole world, hut the combined energy consumption per ton steel is averagely 20 - 40% higher than the developed countries. In order to cut down the energy consumption, it is necessary to utilize gas from blast furnace, coke furnace, converter efficiently. There arc some characteristic in the thermal calculation of boilers that burn mixed fuels. This paper give some explanation to the calculation of the industrial boiler at Bao Steel Energy Department.
