【摘要】 本文尝试运用所建基础设施和区域经济的系统动力学模型，研究上海和长江流域的基础设施和经济发展问题。通过模型模拟，我们预测了上海未来数年的经济发展概况；并以原煤的供给与需求为例模拟了能源对于经济发展的制约，及消除制约作用的措施。最后我们提出了保证基础设施和区域经济协调发展的一系列政策建议更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,basing on a system dynamics model of infrastructure and regional economy, we try to study the relation of infrastructure and the economy growth in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Basin.By the model simulation,we get a basic prospection of Shanghai’s economy growth in the next few years.As an important example of energy infrastructure,by simulating the supply and demand of coal,we study the limits of energy to economy growth,and the measures to eliminate them.At last,policy suggestions on the economy and infrastructure coordinated development are given.更多还原
