【Abstract】 In connection with the characteristics of emergency systems, a multi objective model based on both “the earliest emergency start time” and “the fewest number of retrieval depots” is proposed. As far as the fuzzy preference of decision maker is concerned, fuzzy programming method is available to deal with it, and a new algorithm is derived. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the algorithm,and satisfactory results are obtained.更多还原
