【摘要】 海洋资源的开发与利用及海洋产业的发展已成为世界各国关注的焦点。港口的发展及港口产业化的趋势不仅为海洋资源的开发提供了有益的经验和基础，而且正在成为现代海洋产业体系中的支柱产业。本文阐述了深圳港口产业化的发展过程及发展现状，分析了深圳港口产业在社会经济发展中的地位和作用，从现代海洋产业发展需要的角度论述了港口产业化与现代化海洋产业的相互依存关系，同时还对港口产业化的进一步发展及在促进海洋产业方面应采取的措施作了初步探讨更多还原

【Abstract】 Exploitage of ocean resources and development of ocean property,and their developing process and present situation at Shenzhen are described in this paper. The author analyzed the position and function of Shenzhen Port property in the social economic development, and discussed the dependence relation of Port propertilization and modern ocean property from the angle of requirement of modern ocean property development,and inquired superficially into further development of port propertilization and the measure which should be taken for promotion ocean property.更多还原
