【Abstract】 Iridium with face-centred cubic structure has poor workability.The history and status of the workability of iridium were outlined in present paper.The iridium sheets with ductility at ambient temperature were prepared through controlling the technology process.The runners with diameters of above 4 3mm was made of the ductile iridium sheets and used for production of CE-type refractory fibre,which increased the life of furnace by a factor of 2.更多还原
