【摘要】 讨论了应用参数化技术设计数控刀具的步骤及方法，介绍了新开发的数控刀具设计平台，应用该平台可大大提高数控刀具的设计效率。

【Abstract】 The procedure and method of designing NC cutters using parametric technology are discussed. A design platform for NC cutters is developed. The efficiency of designing NC cutters can be increased greatly by using the platform.
