【Abstract】 This paper addresses the importance and role of successful decision-making in the large scale petrochemical enterprises. The paper describes the background of its widespread applications and points out that decision-making analysis is the core to realize scientific management in the large scale petrochemical plants. This article also mentions some issues which attention should be paid to in its modeling. A case study in the paper illustrates how the model is used to oversee the changes in equipment scale and its economic benefits by shifting the feed stocks form Shengli heavy oil to the Arabian light oil.更多还原
