【摘要】 地产地价管理信息系统构建得成功与否，灵活方便的查询方法、评价结果的快速更新与合理的数据库结构是至关重要的。本文介绍了通过地理编码系统将数据记录与地图建立联系，采用地图与表单调用技术实现信息查询的屏幕可视化图形显示；构造多种估价模型以供优选估价方案；分类组织数据库以提高系统灵活实用性的系统结构设计思想。以期对内蒙古土地市场信息化管理做出贡献更多还原

【Abstract】 It is vital for a management information system of estate and land value successful of not to inquive information flexiblely,update valuation result quickly and set up resonable data base structure.The article introduce how to set relations of data records and map by using geography encoding system,redlize inquiry information figure visible in screen,establish various valuation models to choose easily the best valuation scheme from all,improve flexibility and practicality of system by organizing classifiedly data bases.We hope the article will contribute to Inner Mongolia land market information system.更多还原
