南疆农业综合开发的环境效应及保护对策

【摘要】 本文根据实地考察和有关资料,分析了南疆农业综合开发的效益,探讨了其产生的生态环境问题,并提出了若干环保对策。

【Abstract】 The South Xinjiang is an important agriculture region of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China.The land resources are abundant,including large amount of wastelands and middle-to-low quality fields.Presently there are 4×10 6hm 2 of wastelands suitable for agriculture,and 6×10 5hm 2 of middle-to-low quality fields.The potential for agriculture exploitation is great.Since 1988,the National Project for the Agriculture Integrative Exploitation has been putting into practice in the South Xinjiang,and the economic,the social and the ecological benefits have been evidently gained.The fundamental conditions of each agriculture district are obviously improved,the agriculture,the forestry and the animal husbandry are comprehensively developed,incomes of the farmers and herdsmen are increased,living standard of the local people is raised up,the environment of the oases is improved,and the environmental capacity is enlarged.But at the same time some other environmental and eclogical problems occurred ,including that the way of water utilization is changed,the natural vegetation is decreased,secondary salinization of the soil is expand,sand storms are increased,water quality is deteriorated,and the soil pollution is partly aggravated.Based on the field survey and related data,this paper has analyzed the benefits of the agriculture integrative exploitation and the environmental and the ecological problems,and provided multiple countermeasures for the environmental protection.
