艾丁湖极端环境中嗜盐菌的研究

【摘要】 997年~1998年秋春季对新疆吐鲁番艾丁湖进行了微生物区系调查,先后在不同地点采集了不同类型的土样及水样多个,对其中有生态意义的20多个水样进行了不同类型嗜盐菌的分离和计数。37℃培养下,每克湿土壤中极端嗜盐菌量为1.4×102~1.0×106,中度嗜盐菌量为0~1.7×105,中度嗜盐菌在46℃培养下,菌量达0~5.7×105,高温条件下菌量比中温多。所分离30多株的纯菌株的菌落及个体形态具嗜盐菌特征,并产多种颜色色素。

【Abstract】 Studied on the micro-flora around the Ayding Lake was carried out during the Autumn and Spring time from 1997 to 1998 in Turpan. A lot of soil samples were collected. From them 20 samples were chosen for further microbial analysis because they represented different ecological types, it was found that the numbers of extreme halobacteria and moderate halobacteria are 1.4×10 3~1.0×10 6,0~1.7×10 5. When the moderate halobacteria are culturing at 46℃, however, the amount reach 0~5.7×10 5. About 40 strains of pure bacteria bere obtained, the community and individual of which have the halobacteria feature. They also produce different colours of pigment.
