【Abstract】 In this paper light microscopic and electron microscopic methods were used to oberve the effect of mifepristone on the structure of endometrium of rats. 30 SD female rats were divided into five groups. The experiment groups (groups C) were given mifepristone (C 1: 12 mg/kg, C 2: 6 mg/kg, C 3: 3 mg/kg). Groups C were compared with the negative (group A) and positive control group (group B). The result showed that the development of endometrium and gland were inhibited in the groups C which were given mifepristone.\;更多还原
