【摘要】 对多种内固定治疗股骨颈骨折效果进行评价。105例新鲜股骨颈骨折分别采用三翼钉、滑槽加压螺钉加接骨板以及经皮多钉内固定进行治疗。对手术及住院时间、术中失血量、早期并发症以及骨折不愈合和头坏死发生率进行分析比较。结果显示经皮多钉内固定组的骨折不愈合和头坏死发生率为10％,功能优良率93％;三翼钉和滑槽加压螺钉加接骨板内固定组的骨折不愈合和头坏死发生率分别为35％、31％,功能优良率分别为73％、79％;此外,经皮多钉内定的术中出血、手术时间及住院时间等均少于另外两组。认为经皮多钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折具有创伤小、疗效好以及安全、简便等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of three kinds of internal fixations for femoral neck fracture were evaluated in this article.The re-sults and the related conditions of 105 femoral neck fractures managed by three kinds of internal fixations were evaluated and compared. Results showed that non-union and femoral head necrosis occured in 10% of the patients treated by multi-ple percutaneous pins, whereas in 35% and 31% of the patients treated by other two methods respectively. Functional re-covery were satisfactory with 93% of the patients managed by multiple pinning method, whereas the results of other two groups were not so excellent.Furthermore, the group of multiple pinning had the advantages of less operative time, hos-pital stay and minimum loss of blood compared with other two groups.The authors consider that multiple percutaneous pins fixation is an effective and technically low demanding method of treating femoral neck fracture.更多还原
