【摘要】 临床应用颈椎前路自锁钢板治疗颈椎损伤、颈椎病和颈椎肿瘤共23例,其中17例存在内固定力学缺陷或手术并发症。对颈椎前路钢板的固定原理、手术近期并发症及由于安装不妥造成力学缺陷的几种情况进行分析。认为正确选择手术适应证和规范的手术操作是取得疗效、减少并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of clinical application was reported in 23 cases with cervical spine locking plate through anterior cer-vical approach.Twenty-three cases of cervical spine injury, cervical spondylosis and cervical vertebral tumor were fixed with cervical spine locking plate (CSLP) after anterior decompression, among them 17 cases existed different kinds of mechanical defects of internal fixation or operative complications.The fixing mechanism of CSLP, early operative compli-cations and the causes of mechanical detect were discussed in this article. It was believed that correct operative indications and standardized operative manipulation were the striking points to achieve clinical effect and avoid complications.更多还原
