【摘要】 为对中青年股骨颈骨折不愈合的治疗寻找更好的方法,作者设计了头颈部榫式成形治疗15例。经2～6年随访,骨折愈合率达100％,其中4例股骨头有程度不同的缺血坏死(27.0％)。认为本术式操作方便,易于掌握,复位质量保证,移位应力减小,固定效果确切,临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to research a better method for treatment of adolescents and younger adults femoral neck nonunion af-ter fracture, we designed head - neck sphenoid - shaped osteotomy,for treatment of 15 patients. The period of follow - up was 2 to 4 years. The rate of union was 100% and 4 cases had avascular necrosis of the femoral head.The authors believe that the method has following advantages: convenient procedure, better reductional quality, elimination of transposition stress, exact effect of fixation and excellent clinical results.更多还原
