【摘要】 对13例脉管炎误诊为腰椎间盘突出症的因素进行分析,13例中6例行腰椎间盘摘除术,术后症状无改善。作者认为易误诊为腰椎间盘突出症的因素有:①这两种疾病有相似的症状与体征;②医生检查患者不仔细;③对有关脉管炎的知识缺乏。因此,充分了解这两种疾病的鉴别要点,仔细检查病人是避免误诊的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 The factors of 13 cases with early Buerger’s disease mistaken for lumbar disc herniation are analysed. Six cases of 13 cases were operated on disectomy, there are the same symptoms in 6 cases after operation. Authors consider that the main reasons that early Buerger’s disease is mistaken for lumbar disc herniation syndrome are, firstly the two diseases have the same symptoms and signs, secondly doctors sometimes check up patients very roughly, thirdly the orthopedists know little about Buerger’s diseases. In order to avoid the same mistakes, doctors should learn the different occurance procedure of the two diseases, ask and check up patients carefully, master the key points of how to distinguish them.更多还原
