超高取代度羧甲基纤维素的热分析
THERMAL ANALYSIS OF CARBOXYMETHYL CELLULOSE ETHERS WITH SUPER HIGH DEGREE OF SUBSTITUTION
【摘要】 研究了氮气氛下对取代度在0.79~2.5 范围的羧甲基纤维素进行了TG、DTG、DTA热分析和裂解活化能的计算。结果表明,对于取代度大于1 的羧甲基纤维素,随着取代度增大,其主要裂解开始温度T01 和主要裂解温度T02 升高,而主要裂解的温度范围(T02- T01)变窄和在主要裂解温度范围内失重RT 减少,因而其热稳定性有所提高。超高取代度(DS= 2.50)的羧甲基纤维素裂解活化能也较高。羧甲基纤维素的DTG和DTA的峰高与其取代度DS成一线性关系。
【Abstract】 Thermal Stability of CMC with super high DS was studied by thermal analysis using TG, DTG, DTA in nitrogen and by computing the active energy. The results show that with the increasing of DS of CMC( DS >1), the starting temperature T 1 of main pyrolysis and the temperature T 2 of main pyrolysis increase, while the temperature range( T 2- T 1) of main pyrolysis and the mass loss of CMC at temperature range of pyrolysis from T 1 to T 2 decrease. The active energy of CMC with DS 2.50 is higher than other samples. DS of CMC had a linear relation with the peak height of DTG or DTA.
