PBA/PMMA乳胶微球凝聚过程研究
STUDY ON AGGREGATION OF PBA/PMMA COMPLEX LATEXES IN THE PRESENCE OF Al2(SO4)3
【摘要】 考察PBA/PMMA乳胶在Al2(SO4)3 存在下的凝聚过程发现:乳液表面张力发生从低到高的突变,粘度呈现最高极值点变化,电导率呈最低极值变化,pH值渐减;不同阶段的乳液,乳胶粒的凝并体积分数和乳胶粒径分布不同;≥50% 原胶粒子凝并时表面张力突增,全部凝并时粘度最大;凝聚是胶粒逐步凝并的过程,乳胶结构对凝聚和凝结干样形态有影响。适度升温有利于乳胶粒的凝聚。
【Abstract】 The characteristics and the aggregation degree of PBA/PMMA complex latex in the presence of Al 2(SO 4) 3 were investigated. It was found that the surface tension, viscosity and conductivity of latex changes greatly in the different aggregation state. As the amount of Al 2(SO 4) 3 increase, the surface tension of latex jumps up suddenly, then the viscosity reaches to a highest value, consequently the conductivity of latex decreases to a lowest point. There is an directed relation between aggregating degree of latex particle and characteristics of latex. The temperature and composition of complex latex play an important role on the aggregating action of latex. The PBA, PMMA and core shell structure PBA/PMMA has different aggregating result.
