聚合物/炭黑复合材料PTC特性的理论研究进展
THE ADVANCE IN THEORY RESEARCH OF PTC PROPERTIES OF POLYMER/CARBONBLACK COMPOSITES
【摘要】 关于聚合物/炭黑复合材料PTC特性的机理研究,提出了许多理论模型。文中对几个具有代表性的模型,即(1)导电链与热膨胀模型,(2)隧道导电模型,(3)炭粒聚集态结构变化及迁移模型,(4)欧姆导电机理及相变模型等进行分析和讨论。指出了各种模型的特点与缺陷,认为进一步研究PTC现象的机理,完善相应的理论模型,是该领域中一项长期的工作。
【Abstract】 Many theoretic model about the mechanism of the PTC properties of polymer/carbonblack composites are suggested. Several main model (conductance chain and thermal expansion model, tunneling conductance model, carbonblack aggregation structure change and migration model and Ohm conductance and phase change model) are analyzed and discussed. The advantage and defect of each model is indicated. Research about mechanism of PTC phenomenon and perfection to related model is a main task in the field.
