高分子量聚苯硫醚的热分析
THERMAL ANALYSIS OF HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLY(P PHENYLENE SULFIDE)
【摘要】 用 D S C和 T M A 测定了高分子量聚苯硫醚( H M W P P S)树脂的玻璃化转变温度( Tg )、结晶温度( Tc)、熔点( Tm )等热转变参数,研究了热退火处理对这些转变参数的影响。结果表明,两种方法测定的 P P S的热转变温度是一致的。退火处理可以使 P P S的 Tg 、 Tm 得到提高。用热失重分析研究了 H M W P P S在氮气中的热稳定性,求得了热分解反应的动力学参数。
【Abstract】 The thermal transition behavior of high molecular weight poly(p phenylene sulfide)(HMWPPS) has been investigated by both DSC and TMA. The results show that the thermal transition temperatures of HMWPPS determined by TMA were the same as those obtained by DSC technique. TMA is suitable for determing the onset transition temperatue when compared with DSC. The thermal degradation kinetics of HMWPPS have been determined by TG. The apparent activation energy E were found to be 191 kJ/mol and 181 kJ/mol by applying the Kissinger and Ozawa Flynn methods.
