紫外光引发淀粉接枝丙烯腈反应动力学的研究
KINETICS OF GRAFT COPOLYMERIZATION OF AN ONTO CORN STARCH UNDER UV LIGHT
【摘要】 研究了在紫外光下以安息香乙醚为引发剂玉米淀粉接枝丙烯腈的反应。得到了经验接枝聚合反应速率方程 Rg = k[ A N]0.87[ B E]0.44 [ A G U]0.41,测定了该光接枝过程的活化能 Eg= 14.9 k J/m ol。提出了反应机理、动力学模型,并在此基础上推导了与实验相吻合的反应速率方程,以及接枝过程中的相对微分选择性表达式 S′= k([ A G U]/[ A N])0.5,探讨了过量引发剂对接枝反应的影响。
【Abstract】 The kinetics of graft copolymerization of AN onto corn starch under UV light was investigated. The experimental rate of grafting may be expressed as R g= k 0 exp(- E g/ RT )[AN] 0.87 [AGU] 0.41 [BE] 0.44 in which the activation energy E g was determined as 14.9 kJ/mol. A mechanism was proposed. The theortical rate is amenable to the experimental rate and a relative differential selectivity is expressed as S′=k( [AGU]/[AN]) 1/2 on the basis of the mechanism.
