橡胶混炼工艺参数自动优化数学模型的研究
STUDY OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF AUTOMATICLY OPTIMIZING THE PARAMETERS IN RUBBER MIXING
【摘要】 首先研究了以橡胶混炼工艺参数为因素,采用区间划分因素的水平,自动确立优化目标和需优化因素的方法。在此基础上着重讨论了混炼工艺参数自动优化的几种数学模型,从而实现了由微机实时控制的橡胶混炼过程的全自动优化。
【Abstract】 The method of how to establish the purpose of optimizing and the factors to be optimized automaticly, using technology parameters as factors and dividing levels with intervals was studied. On the basis of these, discussion centred on several kinds of mathematical models of automaticly optimizing parameters. Thus, this method realizes the full automatic optimizing in rubber mixing process by computer real time control.
