2.5Gbit/s归零码光脉冲的波长变换实验研究
The Wavelength Conversion for 2.5Gbit/s,Return to Zero Optical Pulse
【摘要】 采用半导体光放大器的交叉增益调制进行了2.5Gbit/s的归零码光脉冲的波长变换。变换间距为2.6nm,对变换信号测量了眼图及误码率,在1h内,误码率为9×10-9。实验表明采用交叉增益调制进行归零码的波长变换有一定的难度。实验发现只有在探测光和信号光功率合适时才能获得较好变换结果。
【Abstract】 The wavelength conversion of 2.5Gbit/s,60ps return to zero optical pulse based on cross gain modulation in semiconductor optical amplifier is reported.The bit error ratio is 9×10 -9 .The phenomena of the experiment are theoretically analyzed.The experimental results show that it is difficult for the RZ optical pulse wavelength conversion based on XGM in SOA.
