Q开关红宝石激光治疗机的设计研究
Study and Design of Q-switched Ruby Laser Thereapy System
【摘要】 本文根据Q开关红宝石激光治疗色素性疾病的原理,设计了用于治疗皮肤色素性病变的Q开关红宝石激光治疗机。通过提高泵浦效率和充电精度,并采用强制水冷的方法冷却,使输出功率和工作稳定性得到提高,输出能量的不稳定度小于±2% 。脉冲重复频率1 Hz。非调Q运转时输出能量为2~15J/pulse,脉宽大于2 m s;调Q运转时输出能量0.3~2.0 J/pulse,脉宽为25 ns。经临床使用效果较好
【Abstract】 This paper designs the Q switched ruby laser therapy system on the basis of the principle in which Q switched ruby laser can treat skin pigments diseases.The pump efficiency and the precision of charging are enhanced,so the output is improved and the stability of output is controlled within ±2%.The laser therapy system operates in the rate of 1 Hz.In non Q switched mode,the output energy is 2~15 J per pulse and the width of pulse is above 2 ms;0.3~2.0 J,25 ns in Q-switched mode.
