【摘要】 目的：探讨ｎｍ ２３与ｐ５３ 在皮肤癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法：应用链霉卵白素（ＳＰ）免疫组化技术对４１ 例皮肤癌标本染色。结果：ｎｍ ２３ 阴性表达者肿瘤浸润深度及区域淋巴结转移率明显高于阳性表达者（Ｐ均＜ ０．０１）；ｐ５３ 阳性表达者肿瘤浸润深度及区域淋巴结转移率明显高于阴性表达者（Ｐ均＜ ０．０５）。结论：ｎｍ ２３基因缺失和ｐ５３ 基因突变可能在皮肤癌的浸润及淋巴结转移中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of nm23 and p53 proteins in skin cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:Forty one paraffin embedded specimens of skin cancer were stained by immunohistochemistry.Results:The depth of tumor invasion and the rate of regional lymph node metastasis in specimens of negative expression of nm23 were higher than those in specimens of positive expression ( P <0.01, P <0.01,respectively);the depth of tumor invasion and the rate of regional lymph node metastasis in specimens of positive expression of p53 were higher than those in specimens of negative expression( P <0.05, P <0.05,respectively).Conclusion:Deletion of nm23 gene and mutation of p53 gene play an important role in the tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis in skin cancer.更多还原
