【摘要】 用转篮法测定柳氮磺吡啶肠溶胶囊的释放度。结果表明，该制剂在盐酸溶液（９→１０００）中２ｈ无药物释出，在ｐＨ６．８的磷酸盐缓冲液中３ｈ有小于１０％的药物释出，在ｐＨ７．８的磷酸盐缓冲液中１５ｍｉｎ释放５０％、４５ｍｉｎ释放８５％以上，达到结肠靶向给药的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The in vitro drug release of sulfasalazine entericcoated capsules was determined with cylindrical basket method. The results showed that no drug was released in hydrochlori acid solution(91000) after 2 hours, less than 10% of the drug was released in pH6.8 phosphate buffer after 3 hours, 50% in pH7.8 phosphate buffer after 15 minutes and more than 85% in pH7.8 phosphate buffer after 45 minutes which reach the purpose of colonic targeting drug delivery.更多还原
