【摘要】 采用薄层扫描法测定补气升提片中主要有效成分人参皂苷Ｒｅ的含量。样品经甲醇提取，大孔树脂处理，用硅胶Ｇ板，氯仿乙酸乙酯甲醇水（１５∶４０∶２２∶１０）为展开剂双波长反射锯齿扫描测定，回收率９７４％，ＲＳＤ为２９０％（ｎ＝５）。本法分离度好，灵敏度高，可作为该制剂的质控指标更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of Ginsenoside Re in Buqishengti Tablet was determined by TLC scanning method under following conditions: abstracted with methanol and cleaned up with big canal resin column as a pre treated step, Si G as the coating substance and a mixture of chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol and water (15∶40∶22∶10) as the mobile phase. The average recovery was 97.4% with the RSD of 1.9%( n =9). The result showed that the method was quite sensitive, accurate and had a good seperation.更多还原
