【Abstract】 In this study, the experimental conditions for a large scale purification of human plasma fibronectin with biological functions was investigated,with affinity chromatography using gelatin and Sepharose Cl4B activated with cyanogen bromide. The best preparation method had been obtained with a smaller amount of human plasma loading and higher yield. It was showed that in a given column volume of gelatin ,the adsorbent was related with the plasma residence time in column and the total amount of plasma loaded.更多还原
