高频等离子体加热法制取钛白的半工业试验
Pilot test on production of titanium white by high\|frequency plasma heating
【摘要】 高频等离子体加热法制取钛白是氯化法生产钛白的新方法.40kW 高频等离子体加热法生产钛白的半工业试验表明,研究的工艺流程合理,设备运行稳定,高频机开机率大于99% ,氧化运行率达96% ,氧化实收率达95% ,经表面处理后的产品,其质量达到日本R-820钛白的水平
【Abstract】 The high\|frequency plasma heating is a new method to produce titanium white by chlorination. The pilot test on production of titanium white by 40kW high\|frequency plasma heating indicates that this technological process flow is reasonable; the equipment operation is stable; the operational rate of the high\|frequency machine is over 99%; the operational rate of the oxidation reaches 96% and the oxidation recovery reaches 95%. The quality of the product after surface treatment can reach the standard of Japanese R\|820 titanium white.
