【Abstract】 The complex In 3 was synthesised and characterized by IR, MS, TGDTA and elementary analysis. The crystal structure was determined and indicated that In 3 is monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=0816 0(2) nm, b=1878 5(4) nm, c=1792 9(4) nm, ==9000(0), =9215(3), V=2986(1) nm3, Z=4, Dx=1538 g/cm3, F(000)=1 360. The structure was refined to R=0059 and Rw=0063. There are four chemical units in each crystal cell in which In() ion coordinates with six sulfur atoms and the number of coordination is 6. The molecular contiguration of crystal is octahedral.
