【摘要】 目的　为胆囊息肉的治疗创建一种切除息肉保留胆囊的微创治疗新技术。方法　在硬膜外麻醉下经同轴导管法介入胆镜到胆囊内。镜视下微波电极加热凝固息肉蒂部，用活检钳切除息肉。８ 例病人胆囊内置管引流，３７ 例胆囊底戳孔一期关闭。术后采用 Ｂ超或胆囊造影定期随访。结果　手术成功率１００％ 。术后恢复良好，无任何并发症。术后获得定期随访４０ 例（平均３．５ 年），所有病人无症状，未见胆囊息肉复发，胆囊功能良好。结论　该方法具有创伤小、效果好、并发症少、操作简单、设备简易、治疗费用低、病人易于接受等特点，对于胆囊良性息肉且胆囊功能良好者无疑是一种科学合理的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a new type of minimally invasive treatment for the gallbladder polyps by means of percutaneous endoscopic polypectomy in 45 patients with runctioning gallbladders.Methods Under the epidural anesthesia,cholecystoscope was introduced into the gallbladder.The polyps were coagulated at their stalks using microwave thermal treatment and then resected for histopathological evaluation.Follow up was made by ultrasound or radiological imagings.Results All procedures were eventful with mean operation time of 1h and successful rate of 100%.The patients were followed up for a mean of 3.5 year(2 to 5 years)and showed all patients to be symptom free and without recurrence of polyps on ultrasonography.Gallbladder function was found to be well preserved.Conclusion The procedure reported is a reliable,simple,effective and minimally invasive technique to remove gallbladder polyps and to preserve gallbladder function for the patients who have the benign gallbladder polyps更多还原
