【摘要】 胆道并发症是腹腔镜胆囊切除术（ Ｌ Ｃ）常见而严重的并发症。为减少此并发症，对３６０ 例 Ｌ Ｃ进行了回顾性分析。其中４例发生胆道并发症（１．１％ ），包括３ 例胆管损伤（１ 例胆总管横断伤、１ 例胆总管穿孔、１ 例肝总管部分夹闭）和１ 例胆囊管胆漏。胆总管横断伤的病人因诊断延迟死亡。对胆道并发症的发生原因、诊断和预防措施进行了分析并根据有关文献进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biliary tract complications are common and severe complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.In order to reducing the complications,360 cases of laparoscopic cholecystomy in our hospital were analysesed retrospectively.4 patients of them sustained biliary tract complications(1.1%),including 3 cases of bile duct in jury (1 transection of common bile duct,1 partial occlusion of common hepatic duct,1 perforation of common bile duct)and one case of cystic duct leak.The patient with the transectuon of common bile duct died because the diagosis was delayed.The causes,diagnoses and preventive measures of biliary tract complications in the group were analysesed and discussed according to relative literatures.更多还原
