【Abstract】 The histological changes of the spermatogenic cell are observed and the morphometric parameters of the primary spermatocyte are measured after the mouse is contaminated with heroin by abdo minal injection. Results show that a certain dose of heroin has great effects on the cell area, cell circumference, cytoplasm area, nucleus cytoplasm ratio and the round degree of the primary spermatocyte. Conclusion: a certain dose of heroin can significantly change the spermatogenic cell morphometry of the mouse tested.更多还原
