地铁车站地下空间商业开发价值初探
Commerical Value of Metro Station Underground Space
【摘要】 结合对地铁服务功能的定义,探讨了地铁车站地下空间的综合开发问题。通过对乘客需求和商家的调查,提出了对地铁车站商业开发价值的看法:地铁车站内有着广泛的商品和服务需求;经营利润主要来自于大量的即兴消费;应尽可能发展适合联销经营的商品和服务。
【Abstract】 By making an investigation on passengers’ needs and the conditions of trading companies, the author holds that the underground space of a metro station shall be developed, so as to serve different purposes. Because a large part of the profits in metro operation comes from passengers’ impromptu consumption, the commercial value of the underground space shall be highly noticed.
