活性炭对聚丙烯腈功能纤维性能的影响
THE EFFECT OF ACTIVATED CARBON ON THE PROPERTIES OF ADSORBABLE AND FLAME RETARDANT ACRYLIC FIBRE
【摘要】 把活性炭与丙烯腈—氯乙烯共聚体共混制得纺丝溶液, 以二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂湿法纺丝制造了吸附和阻燃双功能聚丙烯腈纤维。本文主要探讨了纤维中活性炭含量, 炭粒径对纤维吸附性能和物理力学性能的影响。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the AN-VCl copolymer DMF solution,blended with activated carbon,were produced by wet spinning into DMF/H 2O bath to form adsorbable and flame retardant acrylic fibres.As a result,the fibres have good adsorbability and flame resistance.The effect of content and the size of activated carbon on the structure and properties of PAN fibres were mainly investigated.
