溶剂对一步法合成对乙酰氨基酚的影响

【摘要】研究了以对硝基酚为原料,Pd/C催化加氢酰化一步合成对乙酰氨基酚工艺中,溶剂对乙酰氨基酚收率的影响,结果表明醋酸是最好的溶剂。其用量以对硝基酚重量的 2～5倍体积为佳。此时对乙酰氨基酚收率可达 95％。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is studied that the effect of solvent on the synthesis of p-acetaminophenol in the process of hy-drogenation and acetylation of p-nitrophenol by one-step method.The results show that acetic acid is the best solvent and the better PNP/AcOH ratio is 2~5.The yield of p-acetaminophenol is up to 95% in this condition.更多还原
