食用香料糠酸酯的催化合成研究
Catalytic Synthesis of Food Perfumer Furoate
【摘要】 本文以固体超强酸为催化剂合成糠酸酯类香料。通过正交试验优化了糠酯酯化的条件:催化剂用量0.6g、酸醇比1:3、反应时间 4h,并以此条件合成了糠酸甲酯、乙酯、丁酯三种糠酸酯类香料。
【Abstract】 In this paper furcates were synihesiaed by solid superacid.The factors influencing the yield of the esterification of furoic acid were discussed.The experiment showed that the optimum reaction conditions were:acid:alcohol = 1:3 (molar ratio), weight of catalyst = 0.6g, reaction time = 3h.At last four furoate perfumers were synthesized on these conditions.
