金属光栅衍射的电磁场理论分析(TM波)
The Electromagnetic Field Theory Analysis for the Diffraction of Metal Gratings(TM Wave)
【摘要】 对一般导体闪耀光栅在TM波入射情况下的衍射效率问题,用电磁场理论进行了分析和研究,采用区域耦合方法,简化了用电磁场理论分析所获得的方程,并对方程进行解算,对计算结果作了进一步的分析研究,这些分析和研究结果对实际工程设计具有十分重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The diffraction efficiency of a general conductor glitter gratin g is a nalyzed with electromagnetic field theory under the condition of TM wave inciden ce.The equation obtained by electromagnetic field theory analysis has been simpl i fied and solved with region coupling method.The calculated results have been fur ther analyzed and investigated.These results have important guiding significance for the practical engineering design.
