CCD细分技术用于刻线的自动瞄准
Application of CCD Subdivision Technique to Automatic Pointing of Reticule
【摘要】 用面阵ＣＣＤ对刻线进行二维瞄准定位，具有精度高，速度快的优点。本文介绍了亚象素细分定位的原理，瞄准精度的测量方法，以及所能达到的精度。
【Abstract】 The two dimension pointing and positioning of etched line with planar array CCD has the advantages of high accuracy and fast spee.The principle of sub pixel subdivision positioning,measuring method for the pointing accuracy and the attainable accuracy are introduced in the paper.
