针孔相机的研制
Development of Pinhole Camera
【摘要】 介绍用于"神光Ⅱ"激光聚变靶室的针孔相机的结构设计、工作原理、精度分析和研制结果。该针孔相机利用光学-CCD-TV成象电动对准技术实现了对靶的对准,重复精度在X方向≤5μm,在Y方向≤7μm。
【Abstract】 The Structural design, operating principle, accuracy analysis and developingresult of pinhole camera used for the target chamber of "Shenguang Ⅱ" laser fusion areintroduced. The alignment of the target is carried out by means of optical CCD-TVimaging electric alignment technique used in the pinhole camera. The repetition accuracyin X direction is 5um and in Y direction is 7um.
