光子计数式四象限跟踪探测器的噪声分析
Noise Analysis for Photon Counting Quadrant Detector
【摘要】 为满足对弱光目标的跟踪探测需要,提出采用光子计数式四象限探测器作为跟踪探测器。分析了四象限波面倾斜探测器的探测灵敏度和噪声,推导了开环和闭环的噪声公式,同时,还给出了系统在室内实测的开环和闭环噪声。
【Abstract】 In order to fulfill the requirements in tracking and detecting of low light level objects , the photon counting quadrant detector can be used as tracking detector. The detecting sensitivity and noise of quadrant wavefront tilt detector are analyzed, the open loop and closed loop noise formulae are derived in the paper.At the same time the practical measured open loop and closed-loop noises of the system indoors are also given.
