【Abstract】 The impact of scheduling on projects in financial aspect has been largely ignored because the majority of the project scheduling optimization research was developed with the objective of minimizing the duration of the project. It ia A. Russell who initiated the research on project scheduling problem with discounted cash flows and employed the net preset value as the optimum objective.
