空调轿车降温特性的数值模拟与实验研究

【摘要】 本文通过建立与车箱体传热相耦合的轿车空调车室内三维空气流动与传热的数学模型,研究了汽车空调制冷系统和车室内空气流动的耦合特性,对空调轿车降温特性进行了动态模拟,建立了环境模拟试验台,验证了理论模型的可靠性.

【Abstract】 The model of 3-dimensional air--flow and heat transfer inside the car chamber is established, the conjugation characteristics of the automotive refrigeration system and theair--flow field and the temperature distributions inside the passenger compartment is studied. The cooling down process of the passenger compartment is simulated based on thethree--dimensional distributed chamber model. An environment simulation experimental setis established and cooling--down process is measured. The agreement between the numericalresults and the experimental ones shows that the model established herein can be utilized asa tool in the automobile design and the selection of its automotive refrigeration system.
