培育市场 做大蛋糕——论偏远地区经济增长
Developing Markets to Make Big Cakes on the Economic Rise at the Rimote Aeras
【摘要】 偏远地区经济发展面临许多实际困难,这个问题长期以来一直困扰着理论和实践工作者,本文以观念更新和机制创新为突破口,提出了使偏远地区脱贫解困的四条发展途径。
【Abstract】 The fact that there are lots of difficulties in developing economy in the remote aeras puzzles many theorists and practical workers. Four developing measures are put forward to extricate the remote aeras from poverty in the article, based on the reformation of the ideas and the system.
