【摘要】 目的　探讨急性白血病患者反复输注血小板的治疗效果。方法　对71例急性白血病反复输血及输血小板的患者,采用淋巴细胞毒试验(LCT)检测,研究这组患者的血小板校正增加值(CCI)与(LCT)之间的关系。结果　血小板输注有效的急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)及急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)检测LCT阳性率分别为76%及42%;血小板输注无效的ALL及ANLL的LCT阳性率分别为714%及488%(P<005)。结论　LCT阳性是造成本组急性白血病患者血小板输注无效的主要原因更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of platelet transfusion in acute leukemic patients.Methods The relationship between the corrected count increment (CCI) of platelet and lymphocytotoxicity (LCT) were determinated in 71 acute leukemic patients who received platelet transfusion.Results positive LCT of effective platelet transfusion in ALL and ANLL was 7 6% and 4 2%, respectively. Ineffective platelet transfusion was 71 4% in ALL and 48 8% in NALL ( P <0 05).Conclusion Positive LCT is the main factor for ineffective platelet trqansfusion in acute leukemic patients.更多还原
