【摘要】 目的　探讨鼻咽癌中基膜表达与肿瘤生物学特性的关系。方法　采用免疫组化ABC法检测 60例鼻咽癌标本中层粘蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原的表达。结果　未分化癌的基膜表达明显不同于大圆形细胞癌 (P <0 0 5 ) ,均呈断续、缺失的改变 ,而大圆形细胞癌、低分化鳞癌则部分显示连续线状基膜。条索状、弥散性排列的癌实质基膜表达明显不同于巢状排列者 (P <0 0 5 )。此外 ,层粘蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原的表达在有无淋巴结转移两组间 ,差异也具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　层粘蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原的表达可作为评估鼻咽癌细胞的分化、癌实质类型及淋巴结转移的有价值指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study relationship between expression of basement membrane (BM) in carcinoma of nasopharynx. Methods The expressions of laminin(LN) and collagen Ⅳ(CO Ⅳ) in 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were detected with ABC method.Results The expressions of LN and CO Ⅳ were significantly different between undifferentiated carcinoma and large round cell carcinoma( P <0.05), as all of them had BM discontinuous and disappearing, but a part of large round cell carcinoma and poorly differentiated squamous carinoma showed continuous linear. The expressions of LN and CO Ⅳ were significantly different between carcinomatous parenchyma with tumor cells arranged in cords, diffusely and those in carcinoma nests( P <0 05). The expressions of LN and CO Ⅳ were also significantly different the two groups of between carcinoma with lymph node positivity and negativity one( P <0 05).Conclusion The expressions of LN and CO Ⅳ in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell is a valuable parameter on evaluation cell differentiation, types of carcinomatous parenchyma and metastasis.更多还原
