【摘要】 目的检测妇科恶性肿瘤中P53及PCNA的表达，观察此两种蛋白在妇科恶性肿瘤中的临床意义。方法用抗P53以及抗PCNA单克隆抗体经LSAB免疫组化法检测妇科恶性肿瘤27例组织标本。结果当肿瘤组织无P53突变时PCNA多为弱阳性表达移数病倒无转移；当肿瘤组织合有P53突变时，PCNA多为强阳性表达，且多数病例发生转移。结论联合检测PCNA、P53蛋白在肿瘤组织中表达，对判断妇科恶性肿瘤的预后有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Detecting expression of PCNA and P53 to observe the clinical significance of these two proteins on the gynecological malignant tumors. Methods With anti-PCNS and anti-P53 monoclonal antibody by LSAB im mumo- histochemical method, the 27 histo-specimens of gynecological malignant tumors wree exanined. Results PCNA were expressed weakly positive in tumors without P53 mutation and there were no metastatis existing mostly. Conclusion The results suggest that the examination of PCNA and P53 expression on the gynecological malignant tumors might have important significance on the jprognosis.更多还原
