【Abstract】 The third octave mode of chatter is most likely to occur in the form of self excited vibration with fast growing amplitude rapidly.The chattering originates from the difference of the phase(90°)between the fluctuation of the entry tension and the roll vibration.Mill vibration may be eliminated by increasing the dynamic rigidity of the mill.Under certain conditions the mill chatter may be suppressed by controlling the emulsion concentration and in this case mill speed can be increased without chatter.更多还原
