【摘要】 四辊冷轧机有时会出现一种不稳定的高频自激振动,严重妨碍生产及安全。它既与轧制工艺相关,又与振动理论有联系,必须将二者结合起来进行研究,才能解决问题。

【Abstract】 The third octave mode of chatter is most likely to occur in the form of self excited vibration with fast growing amplitude rapidly.The chattering originates from the difference of the phase(90°)between the fluctuation of the entry tension and the roll vibration.Mill vibration may be eliminated by increasing the dynamic rigidity of the mill.Under certain conditions the mill chatter may be suppressed by controlling the emulsion concentration and in this case mill speed can be increased without chatter.
