低碳钢在冲击疲劳过程中的微观形变
MICRO CYCLIC DEFORMATION OF LOW CARBON STEEL DURING IMPACT FATIGUE
【摘要】 观察了低碳钢在低周冲击疲劳过程中循环形变的显微特征。结果表明:循环形变主要由滑移引起。冲击载荷下材料的高应变速率,导致多滑移现象,随循环周次的增加,滑移线由较平直变得弯曲。晶粒出现变形,显微凹坑与凸起是侵入与挤出在冲击疲劳过程中的一种典型表现形式。
【Abstract】 The micro morphology of low carbon steel cyclic deformed with low cycle impact fatigue was investigated It was found that the cycle deformation is caused by slipping. Multiple slip occurs easily due to the high strain rate of material under impact loading As the fatigue cycle increasing,the straight slip becomes more crooked The grains deform obviously There are many micro pits and micro protrusions on the surface of specimen
